Again, this drawing needs to be improved in the vision.
Flygon looks more chubby than it needs to be. The claws are a little bit shapeless and the wings are smaller than they need to be, also, they're a little bit shapeless too, same with his/her ''antennas'' and his/her legs and arms.
The eyes look a little bit DERP, try to improve that too, because that reduces the vision/technique.
Anyways, this is a good drawing to be your very first drawing of a Flygon, congratulations. But next time try making shadows.
